If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at +39 06 4782 4785. Orders can only be canceled before they have been prepared by our kitchen. If your order is canceled before preparation, you will be eligible for a full refund in your original payment method.

Issues with Your Order

If your order is incorrect, incomplete, or not to your satisfaction, please contact us within 2 hours of order receipt. Depending on the circumstance, we may offer a full or partial refund, a discount on a future order, or a replacement meal. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom orders, such as special toppings or extras, that are made to your specifications cannot be refunded unless the product is not as ordered or does not meet our high quality standards.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed promptly. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement in €. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us.

Exceptions

Gift Cards

Gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
